- Service Scope
PebblePaws provides at-home pet grooming services for dogs and cats across Delhi NCR.
Services include bathing, trimming, nail clipping, haircut, ear cleaning, etc., as mentioned in the selected package.
- Booking & Confirmation
Appointments can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or call.
Confirmation is subject to groomer availability.
A successful booking will be acknowledged via message/email.
- Pricing
Service prices are as displayed on our website.
Prices may vary slightly for specific breeds, size, or coat condition. Any additional charges will be informed before grooming.
- Service Area
We currently serve South Delhi, Noida, and Faridabad. Additional locations may be added as we expand.
- Pet Health & Safety
We request pet owners to disclose any aggressive behavior, health conditions, or allergies prior to grooming.
PebblePaws is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
- Groomer’s Conduct
Our groomers are trained professionals who follow hygiene and safety protocols.
Inappropriate behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
- Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations/reschedules should be requested at least 3 hours before the appointment.

- Donations
₹100 from every paid grooming session is donated to stray animal care initiatives in Delhi NCR.
- Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care, PebblePaws is not liable for rare cases of allergic reactions, stress, or injuries if due to pre-existing conditions or external environment.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
