We understand that plans may change. Here’s our policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.

Cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment may incur a β‚Ή100 cancellation fee.

πŸ’° Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

The groomer does not arrive within the scheduled window.

A service is incomplete due to the groomer’s fault.

Groomer cancels without a reschedule.

Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days via the original mode of payment.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Cases
If the pet is aggressive or uncooperative and service cannot be completed.

If the customer cancels after the groomer has already arrived.

No-shows at the time of appointment.

πŸ”„ Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours before the slot, subject to availability.

🐢 Pet Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service if the pet is aggressive or poses safety risks. No refund in such cases.
