ποΈ Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
Cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment may incur a βΉ100 cancellation fee.
π° Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
The groomer does not arrive within the scheduled window.
A service is incomplete due to the groomerβs fault.
Groomer cancels without a reschedule.
Refunds will be initiated within 3β5 business days via the original mode of payment.
β οΈ Non-Refundable Cases
If the pet is aggressive or uncooperative and service cannot be completed.
If the customer cancels after the groomer has already arrived.
No-shows at the time of appointment.
π Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours before the slot, subject to availability.
πΆ Pet Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service if the pet is aggressive or poses safety risks. No refund in such cases.
